Main duties:

• Organization and coordination of the training department and personnel development.
• Development and implementation of the training and development system, as well as regulatory documentation.
• Development and ensuring the effective functioning of the personnel evaluation and development system.
• Support of the existing SDN (Distance Learning System) and development of new projects.
• Formation and control of the annual/monthly budget for personnel training and development.
• Analysis of training effectiveness and ensuring the relevance of the knowledge base Companies.
• Management of training and development projects (e.g. "Internal HR pool", "Mentors School")

Professional requirements:

• Experience: experience in HR in chain retail. Minimum of 1 year in a managerial position.
• Specialization: successful experience in building a training system and staff development in retail.
• Knowledge: modern training methods, budgeting skills.
• Software: confident user of MS Office, 1C (8.3), experience with SDN and HR CRM.
