Requirements:

• experience work in a similar position for 2 years or more;
• ability to work with the audience, coaching experience is mandatory;
• experience in developing educational materials, trainings, presentations;
• knowledge of modern personnel training methods and methods of evaluating training effectiveness;
• communicativeness, systematicity and positive attitude are some of the main qualities of our future candidate!

Obov responsibilities:

• Methodical creation of educational presentations, programs and materials;
• Organization and conducting of training for employees;
• Collection and analysis education, training needs and their implementation;
• Assessment of training effectiveness, certification and testing of personnel.
