Now we are looking for a highly qualified head of the department of technical specialists who is ready to head our unit in Kyiv.

 What will you do:

• Managing a team of technical specialists, setting tasks and monitoring their execution.
• Ensuring high-quality interaction between the sales department and technical specialists.
• Control over the correct distribution of client applications and the timeliness of their implementation.
• Working with the CRM system and 1C service to optimize processes.
• Controlling the quality of service performance and solving difficult situations.
• Achieving planned KPIs.

 Our ideal candidate:

• Has more than 2 years of team management experience (service stations, trucking companies, etc.). >
• Deeply understands the automotive market and technical nuances.
• Possess communication skills, perseverance and organizational talent.
• Confidently works with a PC (Bitrix24, 1C, CRM, Google Sheets).
• Has a technical education or relevant practical experience.
• Responsible, autonomous, stress-resistant and result-oriented.
