International company Henkel Bautechnik Ukraine (Vyshhorod) - a leading company for the production of Ceresit building mixes, professional materials for waterproofing, insulation systems, floors and cladding announces a search for the position of Head of the Technical Department of customer service, who will be responsible for technical support of products, development of service processes and management of key projects of the department. You will be part of a professional team and work closely with technical specialists, marketing, sales and external partners.

What you will do:

Technical support of products

• Conducting field trials and testing products during the development stages and before market entry.
• Preparation of internal technical documentation and analytical materials.
• External communication with customers and partners regarding the technical characteristics and application of products.

Quality and service management

• Review of technical complaints, analysis of causes, formation of conclusions and recommendations for product improvement.
• Participation in specialized events: exhibitions, conferences, seminars to support the brand and develop expertise of the company.

Working with marketing

• Collaboration with the marketing department in the creation of technical, informational and advertising materials.

Department management

• Management of the technical service department: goal setting, team development, coordination of work processes.
• Management of daily operations of the department, budget planning and responsibility for implementation of annual plans.
• Management of key areas:
• Education and training for employees, partners and masters (Henkel Academy).
• Toning studios: control of implementation, work efficiency, maintenance and repairs.

What makes you a successful candidate:

Education and experience

• Higher technical education (preferably in the field of construction).
• Experience in technical and managerial positions of 3 years or more.

Professional skills

• Practical experience in managing teams and projects.
• A confident user of MS Office; knowledge of BIM and engineering software will be an advantage.
• Proficiency in Ukrainian and Englishin Galician at a high level.

Knowledge

• Construction regulations, requirements for construction materials and technologies.
• Properties of construction materials and coatings.
• State and trends of the construction market.
