Main tasks:

• Integration of sustainable development principles and European ESRS reporting standards into the corporate management system of NEC "Ukrenergo" in order to achieve the company's strategic goals.

• Development and implementation of corporate policies, regulations and procedures in the field of sustainable development and ESG, determination of strategic priorities and coordination of programs within the functional Department.

• Organization of social and environmental support of construction and reconstruction projects in accordance with the requirements of international investors, financial institutions and partners.

• Ensuring the reduction of the social and environmental impact of the company's activities on the environment in accordance with the requirements of national legislation and international standards.

• Development and support of the corporate ESG system, including methodology, indicators and internal processes.

• Formation and implementation of effective mechanisms of interaction with stakeholders on issues of sustainable development.

• Initiation and implementation of corporate programs and initiatives in the field of sustainable development aimed at long-term value for the company and society.

Our expectations:

• Full higher education (management, thattechnical, economic, humanities or natural sciences).

• Additional education in the field of sustainable development and ESG (courses, trainings, certificates for the last 2 years) is an advantage.

• Work experience in the field of sustainable development / ESG at least 5 years.

• Management experience (management of teams, projects or functions) at least 5 years.

• Knowledge of Ukrainian legislation in the field of sustainable development, ESG and environmental protection.

• Knowledge and practical experience of applying international social and environmental standards (ESRS, EU Taxonomy, World Bank standards, KfW, EBRD, EIB).

• Knowledge of EU directives in the field of sustainable development, ESG and environmental regulation.

• Proficiency in English at a level not lower than Intermediate (B1+).

• Strategic and innovative thinking, managerial maturity and leadership qualities, proactivity, result orientation, ability to negotiate and effectively interact with stakeholders.

• Confident user of Microsoft Office.
