Head of the department of support and administration of application software in Operator GTS Ukrayini, TOV

• Functional responsibilities:
• Participation in the formation of architecture and infrastructure development plans;
• Development, implementation of corporate standards in the part of Microsoft IT infrastructure and cloud services;

• Administration of services included in Microsoft 365 (Teams, Azure AD, Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Power Automate, Apps).
• Administration of the Exchange Online mail service (also ground servers, ESA, Edge);
• Windows Server 2016-2022 OS support and administration (AD, DNS, DHCP, GPO, PKI, DFS, RDS, WSUS, WPAD, ADFS);
• Implementation and support for Intune Endpoint Security (Defender, FireWall), SCCM, SCOM, terminal farm;
• Ensuring information security and implementation of company policies;

Special Knowledge:

Experience in the field from 5 years, in management positions from 2 years;

In-depth knowledge and practical experience of working with Microsoft Teams, Exchange Online, SharePoint, Azure, Intune;

Experience in process automation (Powershell,CMD);

Understanding of basic network technologies and protocols: DNS, DHCP, SMTP, FTP, OSI model, TCP/IP stack;

Terminal administration skills servers, SCCM, SCOM, Endpoint Protection;

Ability to manage a team of administrators, coordinate their work.
