Head of the commercial premises repair department in INTERGAL-BUD, TOV

The national investment and construction company Intergal-Bud, which is one of the TOP-1 most reliable developers of Ukraine, in connection with the active development and expansion of the state, invites cooperation Repair project manager (commercial real estate)? (renovation of commercial premises for further leasing?)

Our successful candidate:

• Has a full university degree (construction, preferably PCB);
• Experience as an assistant or project manager/project administrator in decoration apartments and commercial premises - from 2 years old;
• Knows the regulatory framework for repair and reconstruction works, work technology and building regulations;
• Knows the stages of a construction project for the decoration of premises (from the design project to the transfer of areas to the customer);
• Has experience in interaction with subcontracting organizations that specialize in finishing works and installation of interior engineering systems.

Main tasks:

• Organization of the work of subordinates and associates of the customer service and subcontracting organizations (from the creation of working documentation of the design project to the transfer of areas with repairs to the customer);
• Planning and control of design and construction works (development of project implementation schedules and control of their compliance);
• Preparation and collection of all documentation necessary for the construction of the object;
• Interaction with contracting organizations, in particular subcontractors for decoration and installation of internal engineering systems.
