The Red Cross Society of Ukraine is the largest humanitarian organization of Ukraine, which is one of the first to respond to all emergency situations in the country and provides assistance to those who are most needs it.
The main task of the position is to ensure a high-quality process (cycle) of recruitment and adaptation of new employees in accordance with the Work Regulations.
Responsibilities:
- Development and implementation of candidate search strategy:
- Based on tasks from the management to develop a search plan and a portrait of the ideal candidate
- Storage and archiving of personnel documentation in accordance with requirements.
- Analysis of recruitment indicators and search for points of growth in the quality of recruitment .
- Working with turnover rates during the probationary period
- Working with hiring managers on satisfaction with the hiring process.
- Searching and selecting qualified candidates for vacant positions.
- Creating a search map:
- Monitoring sources, preparing an offer and placing information about the vacancy
- Analyzing resumes and determining the range of candidates
- Conducting initial interviews, interviews у:
- Formation of protocols according to the Procedure
- Training of line managers in recruiting, interviewing and onboarding of newcomers.
- Organization and conducting onboarding programs for new employees.
- Control over the adaptation of new employees to work in the company.
- Compliance with labor legislation:
- Tracking and implementation of changes in labor legislation affecting personnel issues
- Ensuring the confidentiality of personal information of employees and confidential information belonging to the Organization
- Control over the collection of documents for candidate registration
- Interaction with employees to resolve issues and conflicts related to personnel sphere
- Cooperation with other departments of the company on recruitment and adaptation issues.

To conduct active work to achieve the goals of the Red Cross Society of Ukraine (RCHU).To adhere to the principles of the Red Cross movement and to work in accordance with them.To perform any other work-related tasks and duties on behalf of the immediate supervisor.Requirements:
- Higher education in the field of personnel management , law, business administration or related fields.
- Experience in the field of recruitment for at least 3 years.
- In-depth understanding of labor legislation, processing and archiving of personnel documentation.

- Ability toorganize your work and manage multi-tasking tasks.
- Strict compliance with the confidentiality of personal data of employees.
