Responsibilities:

• Conducting an audit of the work of the HR department

• Organization and optimization of personnel recruitment processes

• Development and implementation of the employee motivation system

• Building an effective system of adaptation of new employees

• Control of personnel records, compliance with labor legislation and occupational safety standards

• Analysis of HR metrics, preparation of management reports, control of personnel turnover

• Formation of a strong recruiting team and brand development employer

• Implementation of HR analytics to make management decisions based on data

Requirements:

• Experience in senior positions in the field of HR from 3 years

• Deep understanding of HR processes, motivation and development personnel

• Ability to organize recruitment, adaptation and team development processes

• Leadership qualities, strategic thinking, result orientation
