center.What we expect from You:
- Second level of higher education (master’s degree) in the specialty “Psychology”, “Clinical Psychology”, “Psychiatry”.
- Deep understanding and practical experience of working with a trauma-informed approach.
- Experience in the field of psychological rehabilitation, psychotherapy or mental health from 3-5 years, preferably - in multidisciplinary teams.
- Experience working with veterans or people with combat/traumatic experience.
- Experience working in communitiesorganizations or socially oriented projects will be a significant advantage.
- Experience in managing a team: selection, training, supervision, staff development.
- Knowledge of current legislation in the field of health care and legal acts regulating the activities of medical institutions.
- Understanding the principles of conducting medical and social examinations.
- In-depth knowledge in the field of clinical psychology, psychotherapy, psychopharmacology, psychodiagnostics and rehabilitation.
- English at B2 level and above.
