Requirements and responsibilities:

  • Higher education;
  • Experience in the field of recruitment with a staff of 1000 people for at least three years;
  • < font style="vertical-align: inherit">Deep expertise in recruiting;
  • Ability to quickly and efficiently close key vacancies;
  • Excellent skills in conducting interviews and evaluating potential candidates;
  • High communication skills;< /li>
  • Responsibility, analytical thinking, organizational and managerial qualities, diligence;
  • Ability to organize your work and work in multitasking mode.< /li>

Functional duties:< /font>

  • Head of the recruitment and adaptation department staff Setting the tasks of the recruiting team, motivation, coordination, development, control.
  • Improving the efficiency of the department,
  • Active recruiting, conducting interview;
  • Based on tasks from management to develop a search plan and portrait of the candidate;
  • Improving the selection and adaptation of employees

  • Formation of department reporting for management;
  • Analysis of recruiting indicators and search for tools to increase recruiting quality;
  • Cooperation with other departments/units of the company on recruiting and adaptation issues.< /font>
