Head of the personnel selection and adaptation department in Frankl Sense Management

Key tasks:

• Building recruiting processes , onboarding and offboarding.
• Organization of search and selection of personnel for open vacancies.
• Conducting adaptation measures for new employees.
• Working with HR analytics (number of days in work, search sources), reporting.
• Maintenance of candidate database.
• Automation of processes in your direction.

We expect , that you:

• Have similar work experience of 2 years or more in large system companies.
• Have high expertise in evaluating candidates during selection.
• Know modern methods and approaches in recruiting and onboarding.
• Know how to conduct exit interviews.
• Know how to work effectively with databases and HR systems.
• Responsible, organized, systematic, independent, results-oriented person.
