Head of the Partnership Development and Fundraising Department in Rail Staff Solution

Non-profit charitable organization is looking for a motivated and experienced Head of the Partnership Development and Fundraising Department (reporting directly to the owner)

The main tasks are: 

• Development and implementation of fundraising strategies to support our projects and initiatives < /span>
• Development and implementation of a comprehensive fundraising strategy
• Searching for and attracting new partners, new funding opportunities, including grants, corporate partnerships, individual donors
• Analysis of market opportunities and search for relevant sources of investment
• Implementation of agreed KPIs, including fundraising from private and corporate donors

Requirements for the candidate: 

• Higher education in marketing, communications, management or other related fields 
• At least 3 years of fundraising experience
• In-depth experience in developing communication strategies and plans for fundraising, goal alignment
• Experience in project budgeting
• Excellent communication and presentation skills 
• Knowledge of modern fundraising methods and tools
• The level of English is not lower than Upper Intermediate (spoken and written).
