The state enterprise "State Information and Analytical Center for Monitoring External Commodity Markets" — a leading state institution in the field of analytics and monitoring of commodity markets — invites an experienced manager to the team to head the research department of natural minerals and mineral resources markets.

Main responsibilities:

• Organization and management of the work of the department, task planning and coordination of employees.
• Monitoring of internal and external product markets, analysis of the price situation.
• Conducting research, collection, processing, analysis and systematization of statistical and price information.
• Preparation of analytical reports, reviews, expert opinions, price reference.
• Development and implementation of research methods, expertise and analytical reviews.
• Participation in the formation and updating of product market monitoring databases.
• Participation in negotiations with clients and counterparties, support for the conclusion of contracts.
• Ensuring the implementation of the revenue part of the financial plan within the department’s responsibility.
• Control of receivables and payables debts of the department's customers.
• Representation of the Company in matters of the department's competence, participation in meetings, conferences, exhibitions.

Requirements for the candidate:

• Higher education in the field of management, economics, social sciences or related specialties.
• Experience in management positions - from 2 years.
• In-depth knowledge in the fields of economic activity, pricing, market modeling, marketing, finance.
• Fluency in the national language.
• Ability to work with large amounts of information, analytical skills.
• Experience in team management, organizational skills.
• Confident user of MS Office and modern analytical software.
