What tasks await you:

Necessary skills and experience:

• Higher education;
• Work experience of 5 years or more in personnel administration with a staff of 500 or more;
• Management experience from 2 years;
• In-depth knowledge of the labor legislation of Ukraine, knowledge of the procedure for maintaining and processing documentation related to personnel and their movement;
• In-depth expertise in payroll and other types of payments (bonuses, premiums,
• CertainlyPC user: SAP, MS Office package; EDO;
• Ability to work with large volumes of information;
• Experience in working with variable schedules;
• Experience in keeping military records;
• Excellent organizational and time management skills, ability to prioritize tasks;
• Analytical mindset, attention to detail, high level of responsibility, independent decision-making, ability to work with large volumes and see bottlenecks and improve existing processes.
