Basic requirements:

  • higher education;
  • experience in similar positions in production;
  • practical skills in risk assessment;
  • communication skills ;
  • knowledge of the English language at a level no lower than Intermediate (additional advantage)
  • Knowledge of the main legal framework and regulatory legal acts on labor protection, environment, civil protection, fire and man-made safety of the enterprise;
  • Knowledge of technical safety standards: blocking of energy sources, work at height, work in confined space, self-propelled equipment, emergency response, lifting equipment, pressure vessels, electrical safety.

Responsibilities:

  • Ensuring the implementation of legislative norms on OS and the environment
  • Implementation of corporate standards and best practices of labor protection and industrial safety and ensuring the implementation of legislative norms on OS and the environment at the enterprise;
  • Compilation of annual plans and budgeting of OP, environment, civil protection, fire and man-made safety;
  • Assessment of risks of fatal and catastrophic hazards, development of action plans for risk reduction and implementation of management procedures dangers;
  • Development of action plans to improve working conditions at the enterprise;
  • Improving the system of notifications about potentially dangerous situations and "near misses";
  • Development of a safety culture among employees and contractors;
  • participation in the process of selecting and supervising contractors
  • Conducting internal trainings on occupational safety;
  • Preparation of internal statistical reports on the achievement of key performance indicators on occupational health and safety;
  • Working with regulatory bodies;
  • Obtaining permits for high-risk works and operating PN equipment, coordination of actions to obtain environmental permits;
  • li>Interaction with the managers of other divisions of the enterprise, the management company and subordinates.
  • Internal audit of the OP and continuous improvement, sustainable development.
