The State Transport Safety Service of Ukraine is looking for a head of the information support department of the Department of External Communications to join its team. Requirements: Ukrainian citizenship, fluency in the state language; experience of working in public service positions of categories "B" or "B" or experience of service in local self-government bodies, or experience of working in managerial positions of enterprises, institutions and organizations regardless of the form of ownership for at least two years; confident computer user - experienced level user experience; experience with the Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Power Point); ability to work with information; ability to prioritize and achieve the final result; orientation to achieving final results; analytical abilities, ability to focus on details; ability to work in a team, sociability; responsibility; perseverance; stress resistance; discipline; attentiveness; initiative; integrity. Responsibilities: Management of the information support department, ensuring the effective functioning of its processes and tasks, development and improvement of procedures and policies of the department aimed at improving quality information assistance to citizens who apply to the State Transport Safety Service of Ukraine; Monitoring, assessment of the state of performance of the tasks and functions assigned to the structural unit, holding operational meetings and reporting to the management; Ensuring control over the implementation of the department's current activities while providing consulting assistance, background information within the competence of the State Transport Safety Service of Ukraine to citizens whose calls are received on the information support line of the State Transport Safety Service of Ukraine; Cooperation with other departments and services of the organization to ensure an integrated approach to solving user problems and improving processes; Ensuring the performance of other tasks and functions defined in the regulations on the state body, department, other legal acts, on issues related to the powers, execution of other orders (orders) and assignments of higher-level managers.
