• participation in the process of initiation, implementation, testing and implementation of initiatives on automated banking systems;

• design and support of the IT landscape of the organization (systems, infrastructure, services);

• definition standards and policies regarding system architecture;

• ensuring the scalability, reliability and performance of systems;

• analysis of the current state of systems and offering optimizations;

• management of interaction between various systems and services;

• supporting Disaster Recovery and High Availability processes;

• working out the architecture of IT Systems, their implementation, integration, development;

  • deep understanding of server, cloud and network infrastructure.        

  • knowledge of operating systems (Linux, Windows Server) and virtualization (VMware, Hyper-V, KVM);

  • cloud platforms (AWS) and IaC (Terraform, CloudFormation);      

  • architectures: Monolithic, Microservices, Event-driven, SOA;    

  • monitoring and logging: Prometheus, Grafana, ELK stack;       

  technical debt and risks;

  • working with business requirements and transforming them into technical solutions;

  • mentoring technical teams;

  • making decisions in crisis situations;

  • ability to document and communicate architectural standards.
