What to do in the position of Head of Management development and support of remote sales channels Department of innovative development and support of banking systems :

• Ensures the process of resolving appeals received by the "second line of support" from internal bank users for their uninterrupted work in the bank's systems;
• Analyzes current appeals and, based on them, forms Problem management for systemic problem solving;
• Responsible for organizing and building the process of testing changes that will be implemented on productive schemes of banking systems;
• Develops the logic and process of building technical tasks for the vendor;
• Oversees the process of implementing changes to the industrial scheme, calculates the possible consequences of implementing/delaying changes;
• Responsible for the administration of products in banking systems;
• Ensures the implementation of the decisions of the Management Board regarding the introduction of new products;
• Ensures the implementation of the decisions of KUAPiT regarding changes in the Bank's tariffs;
• Ensures the implementation of the requirements of the NBU and legislation in banking systems;
• Monitors public requests from developers to meet the requirements of the NBU

Our expectations:

• Knowledge of the principles and technologies of banking systems operated in Bank;

• Possession of general principles and standards of information systems management;

• Knowledge and practical experience of various methods of implementation management (Agile, Waterfall);

• General knowledge of system architectures, technologies and principles of interaction between structural elements;

Knowledge and practical experience of IT management methodologies based on ITIL, ITSM, PCI DSS standards;

Knowledge of banking processes;

• Knowledge of normative documents of the National Bank of Ukraine, which regulate the work of the National Bank of Ukraine's National Bank of Ukraine (SEP) and other software and technical complexes of the National Bank of Ukraine;

• Knowledge of DevOps principles and SQL programming language;

• Skills and knowledge in the direction of creating and managing effective teams.

• Would be a plus: 

• Certificates of completion of courses from the CS company;
  Certificates of courses in working with web services (REST vs SOAP);
  Certificate of Business Analyst and System Analyst courses;
  Certificate of SQL courses
