Responsibilities:

• Development of assortment and price strategy
• Ensuring mutually beneficial relations with partners, counterparties, clients
• Formation of a value proposition for the client
• Planning goals, sales plans and ways of their implementation
• Control of ensuring sales and purchase of goods
• Implementation, development, project management and optimization of business processes, in order to increase profit
• Development and implementation of motivational programs that contribute to increasing the company's profit
• Development of existing products and services
• Search for alternative groups of goods and sources of profit
• Implementation of business indicators regarding products and services
• Planning, budgeting and execution of business financial indicators
• Pricing management and competitive sales analysis

Requirements:

• Successful work experience and understanding of retail chain processes
• Strategic and systems thinking
• High analytical skills and ability to work in the mode multitasking
• Developed leadership qualities, the ability to motivate and develop a team
• Compliance with the company's corporate values
• Higher education
• Upper Intermediate English will be an advantage
