• Development of short- and medium-term work plans with the aim of attracting social investments and achieving the specified results.
• Participation in negotiations and development of new partnerships with the aim of implementing long-term social programs for the restoration and development of communities.
• Organization of work on attracting grants, with a priority on cooperation with international donors (projects).
• Support and control in the implementation of partnership and donor projects: from idea to reporting.
• Coordination and active participation in the preparation of projects.
