KEY RESPONSIBILITIES 
As Head of Key Online Accounts you will be responsible for working with key e-commerce partners and business development in this channel.  

  • Implementation of the business development strategy in the online channel
  • Form strong partnerships with key e-commerce customers and provide an omnichannel approach for customer data
  • Manage customer sales growth and profitability in accordance with company and business unit goals, analyze sales levels
  • Create and implement an annual business plan that takes into account all levels of growth: commercial contracts, promo plans, online merchandising, profitability , terms of trade, etc.
  • Work with CRM and other digital tools
  • Monitor the performance of clients in accordance with the business plan and develop alternative strategies, if necessary
  • Effective management of a team of key account managers, professional coaching

YOUR EXPERIENCE AND MAIN REQUIREMENTS

  • Relevant professional experience of at least 3-5 years in the field of online sales
  • Experience in team management and strategy building
  • Deep understanding of digital tools and various mechanics sales
  • Ability to analyze customer performance and profitability, identify consumer trends and insights
  • Experience in complex commercial negotiations, well-developed communication and interpersonal skills to effectively work with cross-functional teams
  • A confident user of MS Office (Excel, Word, PPT, etc.)
  • Above average English
