The financial company "NovaPay" (group of companies "NOVA") in connection with the expansion of the staff announces a competition for the vacancy "Head of the department of implementation of financial services in logistics channels"

1. development, implementation and support of financial services in the field of logistics for online and offline channels in the role of a business owner;
2. development of other business products related to their implementation in logistics channels (department, application);
3. development of payments, transactional, card business;
4. experience in managing cross-functional teams of various business units with the involvement of IT.

• Knowledge of the best practices of the Ukrainian and European market in the direction of financial solutions for the field of logistics services (mobile applications, branches);
• Knowledge of the principles of the functioning of e-commerce products (cards, acquiring, payment systems, etc.);
• Possession of knowledge in the direction of development of payment tools;
• Understanding the needs of the client of the logistics segment;
• Experience of successful implementation of projects related to with payment technologies in online and/or offline channels;
• Ability to analyze product performance, services and identify needs for improvement;
• Experience in developing business requirements for the introduction of new financial products for online channels;

• Ability to analyze and systematize large volumes of information for the preparation of reports, presentations.

Main tasks:< /p>

• Creation and maintenance of a roadmap of tasks for the implementation of payment services for the mobile application and in the logistician's branches;
• Development of concepts and implementation of ideas for new client features in order to improve the customer journey in the logistician's application;< /li>
• Management of projects for the implementation and improvement of financial services in the online and offline channels of the logistician;
• Participation in the development and agreement of business requirements for new products / software functionality;
• Assessment of the effectiveness of implemented projects;
• Analysis of the competitive environment of players in the logistics services market and making proposals for the introduction of new and improvement of existing products and services; 
• Organization and distribution of responsibilities between employees of the department with responsibility for the results of tasks performed by employees;
• Ensuring planning of the activities of subordinate units.
