We are looking for a Project Manager of the Department of Security

Key responsibilities:

• Organizes, coordinates and monitors measures aimed at reducing the risks of negative actions by competitors who use various methods and tools to influence the Bank's competitiveness in the field of security;
• Analyzes the level of competitiveness of financial institutions of Ukraine in the field of security, consolidates and analyzes statistical data on illegal actions in relation to financial institutions of Ukraine, provides recommendations on improving the Bank's security level;
• Develops recommendations for improving processes aimed at reducing general risks, conducts comprehensive security expertise;
• Develops and implements corrective measures in order to improve the quality of services in matters of financial and economic security;
• Implements measures aimed at the development and improvement of priority tasks, strategic projects, in accordance with the Bank's missions;
• Informs the heads of business units in the event of receiving negative facts about the activities of clients and counterparties that may negatively affect the Bank's competitiveness or cause reputational risks;
• Performs selective analysis and verification of information about employees whose actions may cause damage to the Bank or negatively affect competitiveness. Based on the information received, develops and implements recommendations aimed at minimizing such risks;
• Organizes, coordinates and controls operational risks within his unit and Risk Coordinator authority.
