TOVNAFTOGAZENERGIA Main responsibilities: Organization and control of the work of the department. Formation of the business plan of the enterprise with the participation of works and services. Organization of work on the formation of financing schedules for the month, week, day. Implementation of constant control of the budget, regular updating, factor analysis of deviations from the plan, cost analysis .Formation of supporting documentation for the protection of the budget.Organization of work on verification and formation of primary accounting documentation.Conducting negotiations with counterparties regarding the cost of works, primary documentation and making payments.Formation of calculations for drilling, major repair of wells, coiled tubing, hydraulic fracturing, seismic.Simulation of various cost scenarios performance of work under conditions of uncertainty. Conducting an analysis of technical and economic indicators of performance of work. Control of the balance of income and expenses of the enterprise. Work in SAP. Preparation of presentation materials for management. Basic requirements: Complete higher education in the oil and gas/legal/economic field.
