Head of the department for state control over the provision of social support in Golovne upravlinnya Nacionalnoyi socialnoyi servisnoyi sluzhbi u Dnipropetrovskiy oblasti

"Head Office of the National Social Service Service in Dnipropetrovsk Oblast" is looking for a head of the department of state control over the provision of social support (a public service position of category "B") to work in the city of Dnipro.

What will you do:

1. Carrying out state supervision (control) of compliance with the requirements of legislation during the provision of social support (various types of state aid, benefits, housing subsidies and others) payments made at the expense of state budget funds); on issues of social protection of persons affected by the Chernobyl disaster; on issues of social protection of internally displaced persons; on issues of social protection of persons with disabilities; on humanitarian assistance issues;

2. Provides general management and coordination of the work of the department, work planning, distribution of responsibilities among employees, control of their performance of their tasks;

3. Ensuring timely collection, processing of information, preparation of reports and analytical reports;

4. Participation in the formation of the annual inspection plan by the Main Department;

5. Participation in the implementation of control measures during the provision of social support, namely, scheduled and unscheduled inspections of structural subdivisions of district state administrations, executive bodies of village, settlement, city councils, regarding the correctness of the provision of social support; carrying out unscheduled inspections in case of receiving information about possible violations of the order and terms of providing administrative services of a social nature;

6. Ensuring record keeping, keeping documents, working with documents in accordance with the requirements of the Instructions on record keeping.

Business trips.

Required experience: 1. Higher education with an educational degree not lower than a bachelor's degree.

2. Work experience in public service positions of category "B" or "B" or experience of service in local self-government bodies, or experience of work in the public service of 2 years or more.

- Knowledge of legislation in the field of social policy.

- High analytical and communication skills.
