Our employee in this position: 

• Coordinates and controls the daily operation of cogeneration plants
• Monitors the operation of equipment for ensuring maximum efficiency and continuity of processes
• Analyzes data on the operation of installations to identify potential problems and their prompt resolution
• Plans and coordinates all types of repairs, including preventive, capital and emergency repairs repairs
• Manages the process of purchasing spare parts and interacts with service providers
• Keeps records of repairs and prepares reports on the work performed
• Ensures compliance with all occupational health and safety standards during operation and repairs
• Conducts regular safety training for the team
• Manages a team of engineers and technicians, assigns responsibilities and supervises them execution
• Conducts performance evaluations of subordinates and organizes training to improve their qualifications
• Provides timely information to management about the status of installations and completed works
• Cooperates with ttechnical departments and other functional divisions of the company for work coordination. Participates in the development of plans to increase electricity generation, including the preparation of technical documentation and project evaluation
• Provides recommendations on the selection of equipment and technologies for planning the construction of new capacities
• Commissions cogeneration equipment after construction or modernization
• Conducts commissioning and testing of new or modernized installations, ensures compliance with technical requirements and standards
• Coordinates interactions between contractors, by construction teams and internal departments during the commissioning of equipment
• Initiates and implements a program to improve the efficiency of cogeneration plants
• Analyzes trends and the latest technologies in the industry for their adaptation to the current needs of the enterprise

• Experience of working in a similar position in the oil and gas processing sphere from 3 years
• Knowledge of the basic principles and processes of operation of cogeneration plants and electrical distribution equipment
• Knowledge of technical-economic and production planning methods
• Experience of working with software 1C, SAP
• Working skills in Excel, Power point, O365
