Head of the department for labor protection in Atlon Avia, Naukovo-virobniche pidpriemstvo

Ukrainian full-cycle research and production enterprise, the leader of the unmanned aviation industry of Ukraine, in connection with active development, invites to our team a head of the occupational safety department.

Responsibilities:

• Ensuring control over compliance with the requirements of legislative and other regulatory acts on labor protection issues.
• Development together with other units of the enterprise to achieve the established standards and increase the existing level of labor protection, plans, programs to improve working conditions, prevent injuries, occupational diseases, providing organizational and methodological assistance in the implementation of planned measures.
• Preparation of draft orders (ordinances) on occupational health and safety issues, reporting.
• Conducting introductory briefings on occupational health and safety issues.
• Keeping records and conducting an analysis of the causes of industrial injuries, occupational diseases, industrial accidents caused by them
• Information of employees about the main requirements of laws, other regulatory legal acts on labor protection that are in force within the enterprise.
• Conducting internal audit of labor protection and attestation of workplaces for compliance with regulatory legal acts on labor protection.
• Organization of inspections, surveys of the technical condition of equipment, machines and mechanisms for their compliance with the requirements of regulatory legal acts on labor protection, efficiency the operation of ventilation systems, the state of sanitary and domestic premises, the means of collective and individual protection of employees, controls the timeliness of their implementation.
• Organization of training on labor protection issues.
• Ensuring economic maintenance and proper condition of premises in accordance with the rules and norms of industrial sanitation and fire protection.
• Ensuring the implementation of fire prevention measures and maintaining the fire brigade in good condition inventory.

Requirements:

• Higher education in the field of labor protection, safety technology or related fields.
• Work experience in a similar position for 5 years or more.
• Well-versed in the legislation of Ukraine on labor protection and the regulatory framework.
• Responsible, attentive to details, able to organize work and work with people.
• Ready to support and develop a safety culture at the enterprise.
