Requirements for the candidate:

Education

• Economic field of training at least second (master's) level. 
• Experience by direction
• Work experience in the field of economics and finance for at least 7-10 years, of which at least 3-5 years in management positions;
• Experience in strategic and operational planning, cost optimization, efficiency improvement.

Main tasks:

• organization and coordination of the work of economic and strategic management planning
• formation of an economic strategy in the direction of electricity generation
• organization of the formation of a financial plan in the direction of electricity generation (planning horizons: month, quarter, year, 3 years, 5 years, etc.);
• control of the execution of budgets in the direction of electricity generation; 
• analysis of financial and economic results and preparation of management decisions;
• analysis of current business processes and provision of suggestions to the management regarding their optimization;
• interaction with the management of the enterprise, state regulators, and auditors.
• participates in the implementation of the Integrated Automated Management System based on                     SAP S/4HANA; 

Our expectations:

• Knowledge of IFRS and P(S)BO standards and accounting Regulations (standards) (P (S) BU);
• Experience in implementing management accounting and budgeting systems at large enterprises
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office, (including mandatory in-depth knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
• Knowledge softwareof the SAP product by direction (FI module, FI-FM, CO, PM, MM, PS, etc.);
• Knowledge of languages: English, at the level of Upper-Intermediate (B2) and above + skills of commercial correspondence;
• Availability of diplomas and certificates, in particular MBA, ACCA, СIMA, СИPA, etc., will be an additional advantage
