The main task:

Ensuring the effective functioning of the delivery system of products, raw materials and materials in compliance with deadlines, budget and a high level of service for internal and external clients.

The main results of work:

• Ensured the fulfillment of the shipment plan at a level of at least 98% in compliance with the agreed deadlines delivery.
• Achieved stable compliance of the actual budget costs of the delivery department with the approved plan with a deviation of no more than ±5%.
• At least 20 new partners-carriers per year were involved in active cooperation, a saving of freight costs of at least 5% was ensured without deterioration of service quality.
• The average transport downtime was reduced by 5% due to optimization of planning and control.
• 100% timeliness and correctness of contractual documentation is ensured, the number of claims is minimized due to increased transparency and discipline of processes.

Key requirements:

• Full higher education (logistics\transport) or economic education (master, specialist).
• English language level - Upper-Intermediate (can be lower).
• Experience in managing a transport or logistics function for at least 3 years
• Experience in budgeting and cost control
• Experience in conducting tenders, negotiations and concluding contracts with carriers
• Proficient in MS Excel (data analysis and processing)
• Experience in SAP will be an advantage
