Main tasks:

• Formation and methodological coordination of a single approach to the structure of data, directories and indicators in MDM, ERP, reporting and analytics processes.

• Management of the life cycle of master data and directories, including the definition of business owners and entry procedures changes.

• Centralized methodological management of corporate reporting (formation, change, archiving), in order to ensure consistency and reduce duplication of reports.

• Coordination and prioritization of requirements of business units for data, reports and analytics.

• Formation of a unified approach to the logic of indicators, analytical models and visualizations, as well as data and analytics quality criteria.

• Coordination of cross-functional interaction on data, reporting and analytics issues.

• Management of the unit team, planning and organization of work, personnel development.

Our expectations:

• Full higher education (master / specialist) in the field of economics, IT or management.

• ACCA / CIMA (or in the certification process).

• Understanding DAMA-DMBOK approaches, practical knowledge of Business Intelligence.

• Experience of working in international auditing orconsulting companies.

• At least 5 years of experience in data management, analytics, ERP or reporting.

• At least 5 years of team management experience.

• Understanding the specifics of the electricity market.

• Readiness and negotiation skills with partners.

• Strategic vision, management maturity, ability to initiate and implement changes, effective communication and focus on achieving results.
