Head of the Cyber ​​Protection Sector in Derzhenergoefektivnosti Ukrayini

State Energy Efficiency is looking for the position of head of the Cyber Protection Sector and invites to the team a highly qualified specialist in the field of information security and cyber protection.

Main job duties:

• implementation and control of the implementation of information security policies, instructions and procedures in State Energy Efficiency;
• organization and coordination of activities with cyber protection of information, electronic communication and information and communication systems in which state information resources are processed in the State Energy Efficiency;
• ensuring compliance with the principles of declaration of compliance of complex information protection systems in information, electronic communication and information and communication systems of the State Energy Efficiency, created using information security profiles;
• implementing information security risk assessment and determining measures to their minimization;
• formation of principles for the protection of information resources of the State Energy Efficiency Agency, in accordance with the requirements of legislation in the field of technical and cryptographic protection of information;
• coordination of response to cyber security incidents and interaction with relevant state bodies;
• organization of the implementation of modern means of cyber protection and monitoring of the information infrastructure of the State Energy Efficiency Agency, etc.

Requirements for candidates:

• have a higher education degree in one of the specialties of the field of knowledge "Information technologies" (priority specialty "Cybersecurity and information protection"), specialty "Information security management" of the field of knowledge "Security and defense", specialties "Electronics, electronic communications, instrumentation and radio engineering", "Information and measurement technologies", "Automation, computer-integrated technologies and robotics" in the field of knowledge "Engineering, production and construction", as well as the specialty "Public management and administration" in the field of knowledge "Business, administration and law", which are defined by the list of fields of knowledge and specialties for which higher and professional pre-higher education applicants are trained;
• have experience or work experience in the field of cyber security, information security, information protection or of information technology for at least three years;
• experience in public service positionscategories "B" or "В" or experience of service in local self-government bodies, or experience of working in managerial positions of enterprises, institutions and organizations regardless of the form of ownership for at least two years, fluency in the state language;
• possess the competences, professional knowledge necessary for the effective performance of the duties of the corresponding civil service position;
• ensure the organization of the work of the Sector, make management decisions, communicate with units and partners of the State Energy Efficiency Agency.

Terms of payment:

• position salary 30,000 - 32,000 UAH;
• senior allowance, bonus and compensation, in accordance with the Law of Ukraine "On Civil Service".

Terms of appointment to position:

• appointment to the position is temporary - until the appointment of the winner of the competition to this position, but no later than 12 months from the date of termination or cancellation of martial law;
• for conscripts: mandatory presence of a military registration document confirming the update of military registration data;
• passing a special inspection and inspection in accordance with the resolution of the CMU dated 26.11.25 No. 1516.
