Head of the content department in Stolichna Yuvelirna Fabrika

Main responsibilities:

• Leading a team of content managers (setting tasks, quality control, terms and results)
• Editing and final approval of texts about jewelry
• Standardization of content for jewelry: product names, descriptions, characteristics and other things related to product description
• Text quality control: stylistics, literacy, logic, commercial presentation
• Working with photo and video content: formation of technical specifications for shooting products, control, compliance of photos with brand standards, interaction with models, photographers, designers
• Optimization and scaling of content filling processes
• SEO optimization of texts in cooperation with the relevant department
• Implementation and control of the use of artificial intelligence in the work of the department: generation and optimization of texts, acceleration of catalog filling, creation of templates and prompts
• Optimization of content processes using AI (scaling, reduction of manual work)
• Quality control of AI content: style, accuracy, compliance with brand standards
• Analysis of content effectiveness (conversion, behavioral indicators)
• Training team to the principles of quality copywriting and editing

Requirements:

• Experience of working as a copywriter or literary editor from 3 years
• Experience of managing a content team or a senior content manager
• Excellent command of the Ukrainian language (literacy, style)
• Ability to work with commercial and image texts
• Understanding the specifics of jewelry and emotional selling
• CMS experience
• Basic knowledge of SEO for texts
• Systematic, attention to details, responsibility

It will be an advantage:

• Experience in the jewelry or fashion/luxury sphere
• Literary skills editing and proofreading
• Experience in creating content standards, guidelines, regulations
• Understanding the principles of branding and storytelling
• Experience working with a large catalog of products
