Head of the consumer lending development group in Brain Source

We are looking for a strong manager with experience in the banking sector, who specializes in consumer lending and digital engagement channels. A specialist who will be responsible for the development of consumer lending, the scaling of online sales and the digital transformation of credit products. Effectively combines expertise in product management, digital marketing and automation of the customer journey.

Functional duties:

• creation of partner digital sales channels (marketplaces, aggregators);
• launch and optimization of online sales of credit products of consumer lending.

Expectations:

• volume growth online lending by 30% within 12 months;
• integration of credit products into third-party fintech platforms and marketplaces.
• 2 years of experience at a similar position
