In connection with the start of the project on the construction of new production facilities, "Euro Food Service" LLC is considering candidates for the position of construction project manager (industrial construction). Requirements: higher professional education; work experience in a similar position for at least 5 years (exclusively in industrial construction ); knowledge of the procedure for drawing up design and estimate and other technical documentation; knowledge of regulatory documents regarding construction and assembly works; knowledge of standards, technical conditions for building materials, parts, structures; knowledge of the basics of production technology and methods of conducting industrial construction and assembly works; knowledge the order of acceptance of objects and methods of quality control of the performed works; Responsibilities: Carrying out daily control over the progress of construction and installation works; Coordination of the work of the general contractor; Preparing and timely submitting to the relevant authorities the necessary design, construction and technical documentation. Identify non-compliance with technical requirements, specifications or deviations from the approved technical documentation (drawings and materials); Participate in the signing of executive and technical documentation, control the timely submission of executive and technical documentation, keeping special logs of work performance. Tracking the terms and quality of BMR; Keeping and providing systematic reports on the progress of BMR implementation in terms of terms / quality / dynamics of BMR / reasons for the backlog (if any) / necessary measures to make up the backlog; Interaction with contracting/subcontracting organizations; Carrying out incoming quality control of materials, tools and equipment that are used; Detect non-compliance with technical requirements, specifications or deviations from the approved technical documentation (drawings and materials); Control actions to eliminate defects associated with a decrease in quality or identified inconsistencies; Participate in the inspection and acceptance of acts of work performed on the basis of actually performed and Accepted works; Carry out acceptance of finished objects; Working conditions: Location — Bila Tserkva; Official employment and market level of official wages; Provision of a full social package within the framework of current legislation + medical insurance.
