Requirements for the candidate

• Experience of working in a similar position for at least 3 years in the field of construction and reconstruction.

• Experience in the selection and management of subordinate personnel. 

400">technologies of construction and assembly works;

• engineering networks (water supply, sewerage, power supply);

• building norms and rules.

Main duties:

Management of personnel:

• selection,

• organization of work,

• setting of tasks and control of execution;

• organization and quality control of construction and installation works on objects; 
• formation of applications for construction materials and special equipment; 
• control over compliance with OP and TB at construction sites; 
• keeping the necessary executive and technical documentation; 
• development of work schedules.
