Head of the construction department in Astarta-Kiyiv

Your key tasks in the position:

• preparation and development of project documentation;
• execution of technical calculations, drawings, schemes and specifications;
• develops projects of buildings and structures, coordinates them with architects, designers, engineers of other specialties;
• organization of construction works;
• compilation of work execution plan, schedules, estimates;
• monitors compliance technological processes, quality of execution and construction terms;
• ensures compliance of construction works with project documentation, construction regulations (DBN, DSTU) and safety standards;
• monitors the quality of construction materials, structures and equipment;
• interacts with construction participants, agrees technical solutions with the customer, contractors, technical supervision;
• draws up acts of completed works (KB-2c forms, KB-3), reports, technical documentation;
• performs the author's or technical supervision of construction, participates in the commissioning of facilities, preparation of technical documentation.
  
  

To be successful in the position, you will need:

• technical education (construction, construction engineering).
• work experience: from 1 to 5 years (depending on the category).
• knowledge of construction norms and standards (DBN, DSTU, SNiP), AutoCAD, Revit, ArchiCAD or similar programs;
• estimate programs (AVK, Building technologies - Estimate).
