Head of the construction department

Requirements for the candidate:

• work experience in a similar position for at least 3 years in the field of construction and reconstruction of commercial building objects.
• experience in the selection and management of subordinate personnel:
• complete higher education (civil engineer).
• knowledge of production technologies of construction and assembly works (required), engineering networks, water supply, sewage, electricity supply;
• knowledge of construction norms and rules;
• knowledge of the principles of accounting and planning in construction;
• practical skills of contractual work, including with subcontracts for the execution of construction and installation works;
• fluency in basic computer programs;
• ability to work in multitasking mode with a large amount of information;
• readiness for business trips;
• own car.

Responsibilities:

• Management of construction projects (several objects at the same time, Ukraine)
• Personnel management (selection, adaptation, organization of work, setting of tasks and control of their implementation, evaluation);
• Control and coordination of construction and installation works:
• Coordination and obtaining permits for the start of construction work in various instances;
• Coordination of plans and schedules of work, supply of materials to construction objects;
• Checking design, working and executive documentation for profitability of construction; 
• Coordinating the budgets of construction projects;
• Control and responsibility for compliance with the financial parameters of the project;
• Performance of delivery, acceptance and commissioning of objects completed by construction;
• Formation and reporting.

Conditions:

• work schedule: 5 working days + 2 Saturdays a month from 10:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. (Sunday is a day off);
• working hours: from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.;
• salary: rate +% (from project implementation), (paid on time);
• trial period of 3 months, paid at the rate of 70% of the specified rates;
• compensation package (payment of expenses during business trips, mobile communication).
