We are constantly developing and opening new format stores, so we invite a successful, active and responsible Head of the building construction and operation group.

The main tasks of the position:

• Development and agreement of the annual budget, preparation of adjustments and control of its implementation
• Optimization of costs for construction and maintenance of stores
< li>Budgeting of store opening projects
• Control of the development of technical tasks for design, SMR, trade equipment, racks, light
• Coordination with the commercial department of store opening terms, coordination of the filling of trade equipment, control of planning decisions
• Control of the coordination of the work of divisions on the opening/closing of stores within the company and contractors
• Preparation of tenders for the tender committee for concluding contracts with suppliers
• Control of the execution of maintenance work stores
• Organization and control of installation of systems, search for subcontractors, agreement on the cost and terms of performance of works

Requirements:

• Higher technical/engineering-technical education

• Successful experience in implementing projects in the field of construction

• Successful experience opening stores (will be an advantage)

• Knowledge of power supply systems, heat supply, ventilation, air conditioning, fire fighting, smoke removal (will be an advantage)

• Knowledge of the normative Buddhaof a large base

• Highly developed management skills and the ability to organize the work of a team
