The main tasks of the position: Organize and manage production and economic activities; Responsibilities: Ensures the performance of construction and installation work at construction sites according to approved schedules and work projects within the established deadlines; Organizes, manages and monitors the work of all divisions of the Department, according to the approved organizational structure, to ensure timely and high-quality performance production tasks; Organizes and monitors the timely and high-quality preparation of established reporting and submission to the Management; Manages the work and controls the resolution of issues related to the provision of production units with material and technical resources for the implementation of current construction and assembly works - submission of letters, needs for material and technical resources (MTR ), proposals; Ensures the development of subordinate employees; master's degree); Post-graduate education in the field of management (as an advantage); Work experience in the positions of lower-level managers for at least 3 years; Work experience in the field of activity for at least 5 years; Knowledge of construction technology; Knowledge of the model of analysis of macro- and microeconomic indicators.
