KEY DUTIES:

• formation and implementation of a long-term management development strategy

• conducting an assessment of the effectiveness of personnel programs and initiating changes to improve their effectiveness

• control of compliance with labor legislation, internal regulatory documents

• providing advice to managers and employees on labor law issues

• collecting, analyzing and summarizing personnel statistics, preparing analytical reports

• involvement in improving the electronic document management system in personnel accounting

• compensation and welfare policy development and implementation

REQUIREMENTS:

• full higher education (master's degree)

• 3 years of experience in personnel administration

• experience in state structures or local self-government bodies will be an advantage
