Head of Compensation and Benefits Department (C&B Lead) in MAUDAU

We are looking for a C&B Lead - an expert with a lively mind and maturity in judgment, who will lead the direction of rewards, be an initiator of changes and a reliable controller of processes.

What you will do:

• Development and methodology: reviews of existing systems motivation, development of new compensation packages and bonus programs for different functions (office, warehouse, logistics, tech) and job levels.
• Budgeting and structure: support of the budget process, control of personnel costs and interaction with managers regarding staffing and revisions of HR.
• Data management: validation of salary information, construction of analytical dashboards and reports in PeopleForce.
• Expertise: participation in the selection and implementation of systems for automation of accruals and development of the social package.
• Communication: high-quality communication at all levels of the company about changes in approaches and/or implementation of new programs and motivation systems, filling of the compensation package, KPI, etc.

What we are we expect:

• Experience in Compensation and Benefits (Senior/Lead level).
• Hands-on experience with operational processes and accruals (especially for warehouses/production).
• Understanding of performance evaluation systems, knowledge of the compensation market.
• Experience with HRIS (PeopleForce or others) and strong command of Excel.
• Developed analytical and communication skills.

Will be a plus: additional education in Comp&Ben.
