Main tasks:
- Development and improvement of the grading system, its integration into the overall reward strategy.
- Development and implementation of salary policies, bonuses and social programs.
- Management of the salary fund budget (FOP), control of the use of funds.
- Analysis of the salary market, participation in external research (Korn Ferry).
- Formation of the principles of internal and external fairness of labor remuneration.
- Organization of salary calculations, bonuses and bonuses, social benefits.
- Organization of analysis of the effectiveness of the use of tools of recognition, development, career growth and flexible working conditions to increase the involvement and motivation of employees.
- Analysis, development of strategy and organization of implementation of changes in organizational structure, work organization.
- Development of solutions regarding increasing the efficiency of the organizational structure and the optimal number of personnel of the company's structural divisions.
- Organization of health insurance programs, benefits and corporate welfare.
- Supporting compliance with labor legislation and the collective agreement.
- Team management, development of professional expertise of the division.
Requirements:
- Higher education (economics, mathematics or IT).
- Additional education / certification in the field of Total Rewards / Compensation & Benefits will be a significant advantage.
- Work experience of 10 years or more in the field of compensation and benefits in large companies.
- Todegree in team management for 5 years or more.
- Practical experience in the development or implementation of grading systems.
- Understanding of modern Total Rewards methodologies, HR-analytics, FOP budget management.
- Knowledge of HRIS / ERP systems.
- English level — Intermediate or higher.
- Strategic thinking, systematic, analytical approach.
- Leadership, ability to negotiate and work with top management.
- Result orientation, initiative, ability to manage changes.
