Key requirements:

< li>Higher education (economic/financial/cybernetics).
• Attention to details, structural and analytical thinking
• High level of mastery of Excel (processing large data sets, working with multi-level logical formulas, consolidated tables/diagrams), experience of working with the 1C system
• Experience of working in similar positions (in the payroll/planning/labor rationing unit, etc.)
• Experience of planning of the budget of expenses for the labor remuneration fund, compensation, taxes;
• Knowledge of the labor legislation of Ukraine (KZpPU, Order 100, Law on wages)

Main duties:

• Administration of salary data and other related data in the Company's information system (1C)
• Participation in the process of reviewing salaries in the Company
• Administration of the salary budget and control over its compliance, analysis of deviations, preparation of analytical reports
• Support of motivational programs, control of compliance with established procedures and deadlines, documentation
• Analysis of wages and compensations ( participation in the Salary Survey) and the development of recommendations for their improvement
• Participation in the development and implementation of staff work schedules
• Documentation of processes by direction (normative and regulatory documentation)
• Automation of processes in the sphere of responsibility, etc.
• Participation in the transition project from the 1C system
