Head of the company's recruitment department / HRD in Food Market

The chain of food stores Food Market is opening a vacancy for Head of the company's personnel department.  We are looking for a professional and energetic specialist who will help improve the company's policy in the field of personnel management, improve the personnel strategy, raise the corporate culture and ensure the effective work of the HR department.

Working conditions:

• Work in in a modern, comfortable office (BC) in Kyiv near the metro

• Schedule: five-day working week (Mon-Fri), from 09:00 to 18:00, Saturday and Sunday are days off

Responsibilities:

• Development and implementation of personnel management strategies in accordance with the company strategy
• Support and optimization of HR processes: selection, adaptation, training, development, motivation and evaluation of employees
• Management of personnel records and ensuring favorable working environment
• Building an effective HR function on a network scale: offices, stores, warehouses
• Ensuring communication between management and employees
• Forming corporate culture and involvement in it: motivational programs, holidays, thanks, etc.
• Working with personnel risks, legal aspects and conflicts.

Requirements:

• Experience in the position of HRD or head of the HR department — from 3 years
• Experience of working with a large staff (from 600 people), preferably in grocery retail or FMCG
• Practical experience in building an HR system or large-scale transformations
• Knowledge of the Labor Code of Ukraine
• Strong leadership and analytical skills
• Higher education (management, HR, psychology, economics, etc.)
