ToV "Engineering Park" is a team of specialists that provides complex engineering services in the field of land management, geodesy, spatial planning and technical support of projects.

We are looking for a Head of the company (direction of land management and geodetic works) to join the team, who will coordinate the implementation of land management and geodetic works, as well as ensure effective interaction between technical specialists, partners and customers.

• work schedule: Monday-Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 18.00;

Requirements:

• higher education in the field of land management, geodesy, cartography or construction;
• availability of a valid certificate a land surveying engineer;
• having your own car (as an advantage);
• experience in managing technical or engineering projects;
• knowledge of the current regulatory framework in the field of land management and geodesy;
• ownership of AutoCAD, QGIS, ArcGIS, Civil 3D or similar programs;
• responsibility, analytical thinking, organization, ability to work in team.

Main duties:

• coordination of the work of engineers and geodetic teams;
• formation of technical tasks and preparation of reports;
• project management in the field of land management, cadastre, topography and GIS;
• control of compliance with deadlines, quality and budget of works;
• communication with customers, contractors, partners and authorities;
• implementation of the latest technologies: UAV surveying, LIDAR, 3D scanning, geoportals, GIS solutions.
