Ukrainian Professional Development NGO is looking for a head of the communications department.

< span style="font-weight: 400; font-style: normal; text-decoration: none">"Ukrainian professional development" is a public organization that since 2013 supports people in professional development, provides opportunities to obtain a new profession, improve qualifications , develop skills and improve financial situation.

Who are we looking for?

A responsible and professional person who will head the communication department and implement the communication strategy. 

What to do:

• Form and implement a communication strategy that will increase the recognition of the organization's brand.

• < p>Maintain pages in social networks: create a content plan and fill it together with the team.

• Establish warm contacts and communicate with the media

• Lead a team, moderate their work, and work together to achieve goals that will strengthen the organization. 

• Fill the organization's site.

• Coordinate photo/video shooting and prepare TK

• Plan and keep communication costs under control.

• Prepare communication reports.

• Participate in team meetings.

• Participatein writing grant applications and reports in the part related to communications

What we expect from the candidate:

• < span style="font-weight: 400; font-style: normal; text-decoration: none">You have experience working as a communicator in a public organization and/or social project.

• Do you have experience in managing a team or confident that you can handle such a task.

• You understand how to create and implement strategies and campaigns.

Write competent, human texts according to the organization's Tone of Voice.

• Can work in Canva/Figma.

• Have experience running targeted Meta ads.

• Communicate with a large number of different people without problems.

• Don't need help with Word, Excel and online forms.

• Don't be afraid to express your ideas and propose new approaches.
