ABINBEV EFES UKRAINE, the world's largest brewing company successfully operating and developing in Ukraine, announces the opening of the position of Head of the Commercial Equipment Accounting Group

Main duties:

• Organizing the work of the commercial equipment accounting team;
• Coordinating all processes/projects to minimize commercial equipment losses ;
• Management and improvement of national and regional reporting processes;
• Ensuring timely resolution of any issues related to commercial equipment accounting;
• Management of ad- hoc requests;
• Support of internal and external audits, SEP;
• Leading of projects to improve E-2-E processes;
• Participation in the implementation of inflow, ND;
• Staff support through recruitment, adaptation and training of employees, development of succession plans and professional development;
• Analysis of effectiveness and quality control of the department's activities being carried out;
• Development and implementation of measures to standardize and automate processes;
• Control of SLA and KPI fulfillment of the department

Requirements for candidates:

• Higher education;
• Experience in managing a team will be an advantage;
• Leadership qualities, willingness to take responsibility;
• Communication , stress resistance, multitasking;
• Analytical skills, ability to work with a large amount of data;
• High level of mastery of Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook;
• SAP/SWE experience will be an advantage;
• English language level – Intermediate and above.
