Head of the commercial and operational analytics group in Fokstrot

We invite to our team a Head of the Commercial and Operational Analytics Group

Functional duties:

• support of the existing reporting system and participation in the construction of an end-to-end analytics system;
• participation in the budgeting process, setting plan indicators, factor analysis of plan execution, active communication with all departments companies;
• analysis of the performance of turnover, marginality, promo, digital activities;
• formation of hypotheses, participation in testing, provision of conclusions and suggestions for optimization ways to increase business profitability;
• li>collection of business requirements and formation of technical tasks for IT;
• participation in projects.

< strong style="font-weight: 700">Requirements:

• higher economic education;
• work experience of 2 years or more in the following positions: leading analyst, leading analyst of consolidated information, business process analyst, data analyst in retail trade, e- commerce.
• knowledge of the following areas: commerce, retail, digital, finance, logistics, marketing, personnel.
• systemic knowledge of analytical/technical reporting tools (SQL, Olap Cube, Power BI, ERP).
• skills for processing, systematization, analysis and interpretation of data;
• management skills;
• analytical and critical thinking, initiative, desire to achieve high results concentration, attention to details and a systematic approach to work.
