What you will do:
-Form and implement the company's strategy to improve the customer experience.
-Organize work on building customer journeys in order to improve the customer experience.
-Perform an analysis of implemented initiatives to improve the customer experience.
-Provide advisory and service support to the company's employees on improving the customer experience experience.
-Ensure the collection and analysis of customer experience indicators: NPS, CSAT.
You are our ideal candidate if:
- You have knowledge of regulatory and legal documents, regulations, rules, instructions, other documents that regulate the company's activities in the field of customer service.
- You have knowledge of standards, rules and requirements for working with software tools and necessary analytical forms to implement its functions.
